Delivering the quality of care that we are committed to requires that our providers not be "double booked". When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. This reserved time is considered confirmed when it is made. If you request a courtesy call, make sure you tell us how to reach you. We regard the appointment as set when it is made, even if we are unable to reach you with.

To avoid a missed appointment fee, we request 48 hours notice.
